1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins. Once manufacturing or shipping has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only if the order cannot be fulfilled by Varsha Hygiene Products or if products are delivered in a damaged condition due to our responsibility.
3. Non-Refundable Orders
Customized OEM products, private label manufacturing orders, and bulk institutional orders are generally non-refundable after production has commenced.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to banking timelines.
